Our Delivery Service.

At United Racking, we pride ourselves on offering a delivery service that is fast, reliable, and affordable. We are able to deliver a wide range of items, from small parcels to sea containers, directly to your site. We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your needs, including parcel delivery, van delivery, ute delivery, small truck delivery, large truck delivery, and container delivery. Please see below for more information on each option:

Parcel Delivery: Our parcel deliveries are limited to 15kg per parcel, and the parcel must not be longer or wider than 900mm.
Van Delivery: Our van deliveries can accommodate loads up to 1.8 meters in length, provided each item weighs less than 20kg.
Ute Delivery: Our ute deliveries can be no longer than 2400mm, and the total load cannot exceed 700kg.
Small Truck Delivery: Our small truck deliveries are typically forklift loaded, can be up to 3.6 meters long, and can weigh up to 1500kg per pallet or skid.
Large Truck Delivery: Our large truck deliveries can take loads up to 7.5 meters long, and the total weight limit will depend on the truck's load capacity.
Container Delivery: For container deliveries direct to site, we will discuss this with you during the quotation period.

Our delivery policy states that we will deliver your goods to the front entrance of your home or commercial property/warehouse. If the goods require two or more people to lift, it is your responsibility to arrange for people to help prior to delivery. Alternatively, we can arrange for additional help at an extra charge.

If your goods are delivered on a pallet, it is your responsibility to arrange a forklift to unload them. If you do not have access to a forklift, please inform our staff, and we will do our best to assist you. Please note that this may incur an additional cost and is dependent on your location.

The cost of our deliveries is based on the overall size, weight, and location of your order. Standard rates apply for all metropolitan deliveries. If your order is over a certain size or you live in a remote area, please contact your local branch, and we will work with you to find the best and most cost-effective option.

Finally, please note that it is a requirement of the courier company that your signature is provided on delivery as proof of receipt. If you are unable to be there to sign for your order, we will require prior notice and instruction for the delivery when placing the order. Please note that we do not accept responsibility for orders that are left unattended or signed for.
